Are you RECording?
I joined hitRECord.org back in June, but only recently found a little free time between classes to jump into the fun. The site and its reMIX community (a collaborative production company) are incredibly inspiring and creatively-addictive. Oh, if only I had more time!
I posted my first reRECord yesterday, which is a reMix of other members RECords (which is what they call the contributed resources: artwork, music, text, etc.) and I had a blast making it. I used 4 other members’ (MadameHarlequinMonstah, wirrow, itsbia, and annejumps) RECords to create a reRECord that I like to call, “Imagine where we can go from here!” I look forward to seeing the communities’ responses and reRECs for it, and I am itching to dive into creating more.
As for my RECords, I have released to the hitRECord collaborative production company: my Deer Scracthboard Cut-outs, some of my silly Monster ideas/sketches, and some music tracks from an old recording project, attune (circa 2004-5) and I cannot wait to see what this reMIX collaborative does with my RECords. So exciting!
